Shipping

Please allow the following times for processing & production: 1-3 BUSINESS DAY

Your item is handmade so we do appreciate your patience.

Please note: During our peak holiday season, production time may increase, so we advise to order early.

 

Standard US Shipping: Estimated 3-5 business days

US Priority Shipping: Estimated 2 days

Standard Canada: Estimated 1-3 weeks

Standard International UK & Australia: Estimated 1-3 weeks

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7–12 business days.

All orders will be shipped via USPS or other means with the lowest rate for your convenience. If expedited shipping is required, please contact support@theferafox.com

We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. You can find that tracking number in your order confirmation email.

Typically your order will ship in one package. If your order requires more than one package, you will be notified.

Returns

We proudly make quality handmade jewelry. We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to return your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You can return your product to receive in-store credit.

If you are requesting a refund, once we receive confirmation that the item/s are in the return shipment process, we will quickly process the return and give you an in-store credit. 

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is damaged to no fault of your own. If your return is approved for free return shipping, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • All sales final on custom orders
  • Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in the same conditioned as received, with no visible sign of wear or use

To begin a return please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@theferafox.com within 7 days
  2. Provide your name and order number.
  3. Please provide a photo if the item is damaged.
  4. Leave a brief description of the issue, and how you'd like to resolve it.

We hope it doesn't come to this, but we are here to help if it does! Do not hesitate to reach out to support@theferafox.com. 

NOTE: AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS THEREFORE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TOWARDS THE PACKAGE, for ex. jewelry opened, incorrect delivery address, if item is "delivered" but you haven't received the package, etc.

There are no refunds or exchanges given for custom or final sale products. Any issues with packages in shipping need to be handled with the shipper. Once your order leaves our hands, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items or packages.

 
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
 
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions; customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

We ship every item with extra care. Despite this, every once in awhile an item arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another of the same products free of charge or in-store credit.

We will make it right!

 

  

FAQS

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email or message on Instagram with the subject line "CANCEL" with your order number. 

If the item has already shipped, please email support@theferafox.com or contact us via Instagram messenger.

No problem! Notify us immediately via email at support@theferafox.com. or message us on Instagram. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information.
